1.Download flashplayer.xpi latest
download flash player.xpi here
2.After download rename flash.zip and extract the file
3.Then copy and paste the NPSWF32.dll and flashplayer.xpt file to the plugin folder of the browser used .ex:if mozilla firefox is used copy NPSWF32.dll and flashplayer.xpt files to the plugin folder of the firefox browser and restart the browser
